Beulah Training Institute Director
Position Type: Permanent part-time (20 hrs/week)

Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction over the Beulah Training Institute (BTI), catalyzing continued growth and continued ministry stability.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead growth, development, and expansion of BTI including marketing and recruiting new students.
- Serve as a point lead for the program.
- Ensure syllabi are complete and approved within defined timeframes.
- Recruit, vet, and provide ongoing supervision of faculty and mentor coaches.
- Provide support and leadership to BTI students.
- Develop and lead BTI practicum and coaching/mentorship program.
- Provide direction and coaching for BTI mentor coaches.
- Develop and maintain assigned ministry plans and budgets.
- Administrate the Learning Management System (LMS) program for all BTI users.
- Oversee student admissions and enrollment to ensure both a positive student experience and a sustainable admissions strategy.

- Strategic thinking and planning. Able to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada before being hired.
- 5 years related experience.
