To see multiplying fellowships of Christ-Followers among the least-reached peoples of Senegal.

Responsibilities 
Working in collaboration with a multinational team and local believers the successful candidate will:

• Learn the language and culture of the people group.
• Build relationships in community and initiate spiritual conversations disciple individuals and small groups as they grow in Christlikeness.
• Teach, counsel, lead Bible Study and community groups.
• Help local believers and fellowship groups implement church planting methodology.
• Pray and help to foster a movement of prayer.
• Communicate regularly and securely with supporters.

Required Qualifications 
Bachelor’s Degree | Master’s Degree | Ordination | Portable District License  

Required Experience

• Practical Experience in Evangelism and Discipleship with knowledge and application of varied evangelism and discipleship models and practices.
• Experience in a wide variety of church-related ministries- teaching the Word, counselling, leading teams and organizing community engagement and outreach events etc.
• Gifts and experience in Hospitality

Preferred Qualifications 
Seminary | Technical / Trade

Preferred Experience
Relatable experience in ministry, cross-cultural relations and discipling
