With a dedicated team of over a thousand, the Alliance Canada supports hundreds of affiliated local churches across Canada as well as active global outreach ministries in approximately 40 countries.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Senior Management team, this person will exemplify Alliance Canada’s code of conduct in leading and working with their team to collaborate with other staff in our office and with our National and International ministries to fulfil the following:

Leads Central Services Hub team by:

Selecting, coaching, development, guidance, support, and direction

Developing and executing a specific team strategy and plan to support Alliance Canada’s Mission and strategy

Managing assigned budget and resources

Coordinates Donor Relations (Direct, Indirect, other funders) through:

Ongoing Communication and engagement with donors

Planning and Executing donor campaigns

Transactional processing of donations
