Team Vision
The team is recruiting new workers to join the Church Planting effort already underway here in

our city among the Pearl people. Through culturally sensitive evangelism and discipleship we

will work together with other local partners to see a Pearl expression of worship birthed here in

our city and hopefully also in the Pearl homelands where 50 + million people still live with little

to no access to the gospel.

Responsibilities

• Support the ministry of the Pearl Team and greater Central Asia & Middle East Team
• Focus on language and culture acquisition for the first two years
• Attend weekly Pearl Team gatherings
• Share the gospel with Pearl people
• Disciple Pearl believers into maturity in Christ
• Establish culturally sensitive communities of faith
• Identify & develop Pearl leaders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Required Experience

• Gospel sharing
• Life on life discipleship
• Leading Bible studies
• Cross-cultural ministry
• Supervised ministry in sending Church

Preferred Education | Training

Seminary

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience learning a language
• Travel to less developed countries
• Ministry experience among the poor
• Exposure to the Muslim world
• Experience using the DMM approach to sharing the gospel
