Current Priorities

Michaela is involved in encouraging, equipping and empowering the next generation of IWs from her country, most of whom are going to the hardest and darkest places on earth to take the light and hope of Jesus to the people living there.

Vision

We exist to see the national church in our target country effectively mobilizing, sending and caring for their
own vibrant, Christ-radiant, resilient missionaries who are thriving and flourishing in their personal lives and
ministries and planting vibrant, Christ-radiant and resilient churches among the world’s LRPGs.

Bio

When Michaela was almost 17, she experienced the profound love of God, something her heart had been
yearning for for a long time. This experience completely transformed Michaela’s life. Not long after,
Michaela responded to a call to serve Him cross-culturally, a call that has led to more than 30 years of
investing in and developing leaders. Now she walks with both current and future cross-cultural leaders
from her country of service, guiding them into a deeper experience of God and his love that will empower
them to live vibrant, Christ-radiant, resilient lives that lead to planting vibrant, Christ-radiant, resilient
churches in the hardest and darkest places, places where many have yet to know the name of Jesus.
