An new venture in Quebec City

Many new Chinese immigrants are settled in Quebec City and have no church to attend. In 2007, Rev. Daniel Fong experienced a clear call to this mission field and responded by initiating this new venture.

Says Daniel, "Quebec City caught my attention as early as 2011, and again in 2014 when I moved back to Montreal after 20 years of absence from the city. God has given me a heart to serve in places that are in great need of pastors in general and in French-speaking regions in particular."

Over 2000 immigrants from Chinese-speaking regions to Canada call Quebec City home. When he heard of the presence of the Chinese diaspora in this region, Daniel Fong was compelled to respond to the call. Now, in partnership with the St. Lawrence District and the CCACA the vision is to establish this new venture in Quebec City to serve 2nd generation immigrants in Chinese, English, and French, and use it as a hub to reach out to the surrounding areas.
